Everything about living with your SuperClawman meeting agent — how it joins, how to call on it, what arrives after every call, and how its memory works for you.

1It joins on its own — just let it in

Once your calendar is connected, your agent watches it and joins your Google Meet, Zoom, or Teams calls about 2 minutes before start. You'll see a participant named Superclawman in the waiting room — admit it like any guest (or set your meetings to auto-admit and never think about it again).

When it enters, it announces itself to the room in the meeting's language. That's by design: everyone always knows it's there. It then stays completely silent unless called by name.

Ad-hoc meeting that's not on the calendar? Send us the meeting link on WhatsApp and the agent joins on demand.

2Helping you live — just say its name

Talk to it the way you'd talk to a colleague sitting next to you:

"Hey Superclawman, what's the current price of X?"It searches the web live and speaks the answer to the room (~10 seconds). "Hey Superclawman, what did we agree with this client last time?"It recalls your past meetings with this account — mid-call. "Ei Superclawman, resume o que foi discutido até agora."English and Portuguese work — even mixed in the same call.

Prefer to keep it quiet? Type in the meeting chat instead — it answers there without speaking.

Live voice assist is a Full Seat feature. On the Briefs plan the agent records, briefs, and remembers, but doesn't speak.

3After the call — the follow-up does itself

Within minutes of hanging up:

A structured brief — summary, decisions, action items with owners — lands in your account record.
A recap email draft addressed to the attendees is prepared for you. Nothing is ever sent without your approval — you review, then it goes.
Full Seat: after a sales-shaped call, ask for the proposal — you'll get a draft grounded in what was actually said, ready to polish.

4Your agent remembers — and you can ask it anything

Every meeting becomes part of your agent's account memory: decisions, commitments, objections, numbers. It walks into your next call with that account already briefed. The memory is stored securely in storage dedicated to your account — never mixed with anyone else's, exportable any time, deleted on request.

Need to check something from a past call? Two ways, both included:

6The ground rules it never breaks

It announces itself on every call — no silent recording, ever.
It never sends anything on your behalf without your approval — recaps and proposals are drafts until you say go.
It only speaks when called by name.
Your data is yours — isolated per account, exportable, removable on request.
